ภายใต้ความร่วมมือในการศึกษาด้านการพัฒนาในภาคพื้นเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ประสงค์จะมอบทุนการศึกษาแก่ผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติ จากประเทศกัมพูชา พม่า ลาว เวียดนาม และไทย ที่สนใจศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท สาขา Development Studies ในประเทศไทย  โดยสามารถเลือกหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวข้องจาก 3 มหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในประเทศไทยได้ ดั้งนี้
• The Master of Arts in International Development Studies (MAIDS) at Chulalongkorn University, 12 months
• The Master of Arts in Social Science (Sustainable Development) (MASS) at Chiang Mai University, 22 months
• The Master of Science in Gender and Development Studies (MGDS) at the Asian Institute of Technology, 22 months

คุณสมบัติ
1. เป็นผู้ถือสัญชาติ  Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam or Thailand
2. สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี และมีเกรดเฉลี่ยไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.0
3. มีผลการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นทางการในระดับดี
4. (ถ้ามี) ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการพัฒนาจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
