ด้วยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษาได้รับแจ้ง จาก University of Turku ประเทศฟินแลนด์ ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ Exchange by Promoting Quality Education, Research and Training in South & Southeast Asia (Experst III) ภายใต้ Erasmus Mundus Action 2 ว่าโครงการ Experst III ได้ประกาศให้ทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี โท เอก และหลังปริญญาเอกแก่นักเรียน นักศึกษา และบุคคลากรของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาจากประเทศในเอเชียใต้และเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียง ใต้รวมทั้งประเทศไทยเพื่อไปศึกษาต่อ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยในยุโรป 7 แห่ง ดังนี้
