สำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์เปิดรับสมัคร ทุนการศึกษา Full Scholarship จำนวน 15 ทุน
ประเภทของทุนการศึกษาแบบ Full Scholarship
1. ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับเยาวชนบนพื้นที่ของสำนักงานฯ ที่มีผลการเรียนดีเด่น
2. ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับเยาวชนบนพื้นที่ของสำนักงานฯ ที่มีทักษะความสามารถ หรือมีผลงานดีเด่นเป็นที่ยอมรับ เช่น ด้านกีฬา ด้านดนตรี ด้านศิลปะ หรือเป็นผู้ทำประโยชน์ให้สังคม

คุณสมบัติหลักของผู้ขอรับทุน
– เป็นผู้เช่าหรือบุตรหลานของผู้เช่าของสำนักงานทรัพย์สิน ฯและจะต้องอาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนหรือสถานที่เช่าบนพื้นที่ของสำนักงานทรัพย์สินฯ
o บุตร  หมายถึง บุตรที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบิดา มารดา หรือบุตรบุญธรรม
o หลาน  หมายถึง ทายาทผู้สืบสันดานโดยสายตรง (หลานของ ปู่ ย่า ตา และยาย เท่านั้น)
– เป็นผู้ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี และอยู่ในสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐเท่านั้น
– ได้รับการรับรองในด้านความประพฤติจากสถาบันการศึกษา
– ไม่เคยกระทำผิดวินัยร้ายแรง หรือได้รับการภาคทัณฑ์
– ไม่เป็นผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติด รวมทั้งไม่เคยถูกดำเนินคดีอาญา

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะของผู้ขอรับทุน
1. ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับเยาวชนที่มีผลการเรียนดีเด่น
– มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.50
2. ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับเยาวชนที่มีทักษะความสามารถ หรือมีผลงานดีเด่นเป็นที่ยอมรับ หรือเป็นผู้ทำประโยชน์ให้สังคม
– มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.00
– เป็นผู้มีผลงานหรือประพฤติตนมีคุณค่าทางสังคมเพื่อประเทศชาติหรือส่วนรวม โดยได้รับการรับรองจากองค์กรระดับชาติ
– เป็นนักกีฬาในระดับเขต ระดับจังหวัด หรือผ่านการแข่งขันกีฬาระดับชาติ
– ผ่านการประกวดความสามารถ หรือมีผลงานเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับเขต ระดับจังหวัด หรือระดับชาติ

ช่วงเวลาการรับสมัคร

การแข่งขันชิงทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ปีการศึกษา 2012-2013 จำนวน 31 ทุน โดย IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) สถาบันที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านการออกแบบอันดับ 2 ของประเทศอิตาลี

IED มอบทุนเรียนต่อในระดับปริญญาโท สาขา Accessories Design, Business Design, Car Design, Fashion Design, Fashion Stylist, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Photography และ Product Design ในวิทยาเขต Milan, Rome, Turin, Cagliari, Florence, Venice และ Barcelona โดยให้นักเรียนสร้างสรรค์ผลงานในสาขาที่ต้องการขอทุนการศึกษา เช่น Fashion, Design, Visual Communication หรือ Management ภายใต้การส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดในหัวข้อ “Design (for) Emergency”

ทุนของ IED ทั้ง 31 ทุน จะแบ่งเป็น :
1)    Full scholarship : 7 ทุน คือผู้ชนะการประกวดที่มีผลงานดีเยี่ยม จะได้รับการงดเว้นค่าเล่าเรียนเต็มจำนวน (tuition fee) ในหลักสูตรปริญญาโท 1 ปี จ่ายเพียงค่า Enrolment Fee
2)    Partial scholarship : 24 ทุน คือผู้ชนะกาประกวดทีมีผลงานโดดเด่น จะได้รับการงดเว้นค่าเล่าเรียน 50% (tuition fee) ในหลักสูตรปริญญาโท 1 ปี

หมายเหตุ: ทุนการศึกษางดเว้นหรือลดเฉพาะค่าเล่าเรียน Tuition Fee เท่านั้น นักเรียนที่ได้ทุนยังคงต้องชำระค่าลงทะเบียนเรียน (Enrolment Fee) ค่าที่พัก ค่าอาหารและค่าใช้จ่ายในชีวิตประจำวันตามปกติ
