สถานเอกอัครราชทูตรัสเซียประจำประเทศไทย ได้ประกาศรับสมัครผู้สนใจรับทุนรัฐบาลรัสเซีย ในระดับปริญญาโท-เอก ประจำปีการศึกษา 2564-2565 ใน 9 สาขาวิชาได้แก่

1) agriculture and agriculture sciences
2) art and culture
3) education and pedagogical sciences
4) engineering, technology, and technological sciences
5) Humanitarian sciences
6) Mathematical and natural sciences
7) Military administration
8) Public health service and medical sciences
9) Social sciences

โดยผู้สนใจสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดเพิ่มและลงทะเบียนสมัครได้ที่ http://education-in-russia.com ตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 มกราคม – 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 หากมีข้อสงสัยด้านการรับสมัคร สามารถสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตรัสเซียประจำประเทศไทยได้ที่ไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ rus.thai@mail.ru และหากมีข้อสงสัยทางเทคนิคของระบบการสมัคร สามารถติดต่อได้ที่ไปรษณีย์อิล็กทรอนิกส์ support@education-in-russia.com

หลังจากการรับสมัครสิ้นสุดลงนั้นจะมีการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร และความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ตลอดจนความครบถ้วนของเอกสาร ในขั้นตอนนี้ผู้ส่งเอกสารอาจถูกขอให้เตรียมข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม หรือชี้แจงข้อมูลบางอย่างเพิ่ม
ผู้สมัครจะได้รับการพิจารณาบนพื้นฐานของปัจจัยต่างๆ อาทิเช่น ผลการเรียน, ความรู้ภาษารัสเซีย และกิจกรรมอื่นๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม ความรู้ภาษารัสเซียนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ปรารถนา แต่ไม่ได้บังคับ โดยจะมีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัคร (รูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์ และเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ จะระบุแยกไว้ต่อไป)
การพิจารณาคัดเลือกนั้นจะมีแผนแล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2564 โดยเอกสารของผู้สมัครจะถูกส่งไปที่กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์ และการอุดมศึกษาแห่งสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียเพื่อดำเนินการคัดเลือกต่อไป โดยผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกนั้นจะแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป

]]> ทุนรัฐบาลรัสเซีย

กระทรวงศึกษาธิการและวิทยาศาสตร์ สหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย ได้จัดสรรทุนการศึกษาประจำปีการศึกษา 2558/2559 ให้แก่ประเทศไทย จำนวน 25 ทุน โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
1. เป็นทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 3 ทุน ปริญญาโท 15 ทุน ปริญญาเอก 3 ทุน ระดับเชี่ยวชาญ (การแพทย์ทั่วไป) 2 ทุน และหลักสูตรระยะสั้นสำหรับวิชาชีพ 2 ทุน รายชื่อสาขาวิชาที่จะให้ทุนการศึกษาปรากฏในเอกสารแนบ
2. ทุนการศึกษาจะครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือนและหอพัก แต่ไม่รวมค่าประกันสุขภาพประจำปี (ประมาณ 250 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ) ค่าบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินระหว่างประเทศไปยังกรุงมอสโก และค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางจากกรุงมอสโกไปยังเมืองที่นักศึกษาเรียน (ประมาณ 250 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ)
3. ผู้สมัครจะต้องเดินทางถึงสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียไม่น้อยกว่า 20 วันก่อนการตรวจลงตราหมดอายุ
4. ผู้สมัครจะต้องส่งเอกสารการสมัครให้แก่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ภายในวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2558
