ด้วยความมุ่งหมายของธนาคารที่ธนาคารให้ความสำคัญกับทรัพยากรบุคคล โดยมีนโยบายส่งเสริมการศึกษาเพื่อเป็นการตอบแทนลูกค้าและทำประโยชน์ให้กับสังคม รวมทั้งเป็นการสรรหาบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพมาร่วมงานกับธนาคาร ธนาคารจึงมีความประสงค์จะให้ทุนแก่พนักงานและบุคคลภายนอก เพื่อศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโทในประเทศ (ภาคภาษาอังกฤษ) และต่างประเทศ ประจำปี 2556

1. รายละเอียดทุน
1.1 ทุนปริญญาโทในประเทศ (ภาคภาษาอังกฤษ) รวมจำนวน 4 ทุน
Master of Business Administration Program (Full Time Program) สถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจศศินทร์ แห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

1.2 ทุนปริญญาโทต่างประเทศ รวมจำนวน 13 ทุน ณ สถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนาของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา สหราชอาณาจักร จีน และ ญี่ปุ่น ตามที่ธนาคารกาหนด
ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา สาขาวิชา MBA (เฉพาะหลักสูตร 2 ปี) จำนวน 6 ทุน
ประเทศสหราชอาณาจักร สาขาวิชา MBA/ Finance จำนวน 3 ทุน
ประเทศจีน และ ญี่ปุ่น สาขาวิชา MBA จานวน 4 ทุน

2. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
2.1 กรณีผู้สมัครเป็นบุคคลภายนอก
1) อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี (นับถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม ของปีที่สมัคร)
2) ต้องมีสัญชาติไทย หากเป็นชาย ต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือได้รับยกเว้นการเกณฑ์ทหาร
3) สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
4) มีประสบการณ์ทางานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
5) ไม่เคยรับโทษจำคุกตามคำพิพากษาของศาล เว้นแต่เป็นความผิดที่เป็นลหุโทษ หรือความผิดอันได้กระทำโดยประมาท
6) เป็นผู้ที่มีสุขภาพสมบูรณ์ แข็งแรง
7) ได้รับการตอบรับในสาขาวิชา/ สถาบันการศึกษาที่ธนาคารกาหนด และการตอบรับเป็นแบบไม่มี เงื่อนไข (Unconditional Offer)

2.2 กรณีผู้สมัครเป็นพนักงานธนาคาร
8) มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุในหลักเกณฑ์ 1-3) – 5-7) สาหรับพนักงานที่สมัครทุนในประเทศ อายุไม่เกิน 32 ปี (นับถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม ของปีที่สมัคร)
9) อายุงานในธนาคาร อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
10) ผลการประเมินปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับ A ขึ้นไปในปีล่าสุด
11) หัวหน้างานและผู้รับผิดชอบสายงาน ให้ความเห็นชอบว่าเป็นผู้มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมในการสมัคร
