ทุน Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) 2019/20 เป็นกลุ่มทุนที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการพัฒนาบุคลากรในประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนาทั่วโลก โดยเปิดรับผู้สมัครเข้าเรียนในหลักสูตรต่างๆ ในระดับปริญญาโท (และบางหลักสูตรในระดับปริญญาเอก) ในสาขาวิชาที่หลากหลาย ได้แก่ เศรษฐศาสตร์และบริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรมด้านพลังงานหมุนเวียนและการจัดการทรัพยากร  การวางผังเมือง เกษตรกรรมและป่าไม้ วิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม สาธารณสุขศาสตร์ ศึกษาศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์และนิเทศศาสตร์ เป็นต้น

ผู้สมัครทุน DAAD จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น คือ จบวุฒิปริญญาก่อนหน้ามาไม่เกิน 6 ปี ไม่ใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในประเทศเยอรมนีเกิน 15 เดือน นับถึงวันที่ปิดรับสมัคร มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ส่วนเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ขึ้นอยู่กับการกำหนดของทางหลักสูตร

การสมัครจะเป็นการส่งเอกสารตรงไปที่หลักสูตรหรือมหาวิทยาลัยในกลุ่มทุน ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถอ่านรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับวิธีและขั้นตอนในการสมัครได้ในเว็บไซต์ของหลักสูตรหรือมหาวิทยาลัย

ผู้ที่ได้รับทุนจะได้รับการยกเว้นค่าเรียน (ถ้ามี) ได้รับค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน (850 ยูโรสำหรับระดับปริญญาโทและ 1,200 ยูโรสำหรับระดับปริญญาเอก) และค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ

องค์กรแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการแห่งสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี (DAAD) มอบทุนการศึกษาและวิจัยในระดับปริญญาโท 40 สาขาและปริญญาเอก 3 สาขา รวม 43 สาขา เพื่อสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมบุคลากรในประเทศไทย ได้ไปศึกษาต่อในประเทศเยอรมนีสำหรับปีการศึกษา 2013/2014 ผู้ที่จะได้รับทุนการศึกษา นั้นมาจาก หลากหลาย อาชีพ ทั้งองค์กรภาครัฐ และเอกชน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านนโยบายพัฒนาประเทศ สังคม เทคโนโลยี เศรษฐกิจ การเกษตร และมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี (บางสาขาอาจจะจำกัดอายุ ไม่เกิน 32 ปี หรือ 36 ปี)

DAAD Scholarships 2013/2014 for Postgraduate Courses with Special Relevance to Developing Countries

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) supports a range of postgraduate courses at German Universities which aim at providing academically educated young professionals from Developing Countries with further specialised studies.

The typical scholarship holders will come either from public authorities, state or private companies concerned with national development policies and projects in technological, economic, agricultural and social fields. Therefore, apart from a degree relevant to the postgraduate course, it is required that candidates have at least two years of related professional experience in order to qualify for a scholarship.

Following documents (3 copies) must be submitted in person between 13 – 15 p.m. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 12 a.m. – 13 p.m. (Tuesday and Friday) at the Cultural Section, German Embassy, Bangkok

7) 3x Confirmation of employment from the employer in home country, and when possible, a guarantee of re-employment upon your return home
8) 3x TOEFL (min. 550 points/computer based 213 points/internet based 80) or IELTS (min. band 6) or German language certificate
9) 3x Copies of High School transcript of records – certified by the official authority
3x Copies of B.A./B.Sc. certificate and transcript of records – certified by the official authority
