The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) and YSEALI PFP are sponsored by the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs’, Professional Fellows Division and administered by American Councils for International Education.

The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) is a two-way, global exchange program designed to promote mutual understanding, enhance leadership and professional skills, as well as build lasting, sustainable partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders from foreign countries and the United States. PFP participants are placed in intensive 5-6 week fellowships in non-profit organizations, private sector businesses, and government offices across the United States for an individually tailored professional development experience.

ทุน Franco-Thai (ทุนของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย) – Franco-Thai Scholarship program (French Government grants from the French Embassy in Thailand) เพื่อศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทหรือปริญญาเอก ณ ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ในปีการศึกษา 2556/2557

รายละเอียดหลักสูตร
โครงการทุน Franco-Thai มอบให้คนไทยที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 35 ปี เพื่อไปศึกษาต่อในมหาวิทยาลัยหรือสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของประเทศฝรั่งเศส ในระดับปริญญาโทหรือปริญญาเอก แบ่งได้เป็น 2 ประเภท
– ทุนแบบไม่เต็มจำนวน
– ทุนแบบเต็มจำนวน

ผลประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ
ทุนการศึกษาแบบไม่เต็มจำนวน  ผู้ได้รับทุนจะได้รับการคุ้มครองทางสังคมในประเทศฝรั่งเศส การงดเว้นค่าเล่าเรียนในสถาบันของรัฐบางโปรแกรม สิทธิประโยชน์ในฐานะนักเรียนทุน
ทุนการศึกษาแบบเต็มจำนวน นอกจากจะได้รับความคุ้มครองทางสังคมแล้ว ผู้ได้รับทุนจะได้รับเงินรายเดือนในเวลาที่ศึกษาอยู่ในประเทศฝรั่งเศส ตั๋วเครื่องบินไปกลับ

ระยะเวลา
สำหรับปริญญาโท จะได้รับทุนการศึกษาในช่วงระยะเวลา 10 เดือน (หรือชั้นปีที่ 2 ของระดับปริญญาโท) อย่างไรก็ตามบางกรณีที่ต้องเข้าเรียนตั้งแต่ระดับปริญญาโทปีที่ 1 อาจได้รับทุนเป็นเวลา 2 ปี
สำหรับปริญญาเอก จะได้รับทุนสูงสุดเป็นเวลา 3 ปี อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้รับทุนต้องทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการและวิทยานิพนธ์ เพื่อใช้ในการพิจารณาต่อทุน

ขั้นตอนการสมัคร
ทุนการศึกษา Franco-Thai เปิดรับสมัครประมาณเดือนกันยายนเป็นต้นไปจนถึงต้นกุมภาพันธ์ปีถัดไป ผู้สมัครที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากเอกสารเท่านั้นจะได้รับเรียกเข้าสัมภาษณ์
