รัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐเกาหลีจัดโครงการทุนการศึกษารัฐบาลเกาหลี (KGSP) ให้ทุนการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโท และปริญญาเอก

จำนวนทุน

ทุนรัฐบาลเกาหลีระดับปริญญาโทในปีนี้แจกรวมทั้งสิ้น 775 ทุนจากทั่วโลก สำหรับประเทศไทยได้รับโควตามาจำนวน 15 ทุน แบ่งเป็น
1. Embassy Track ประเภทสมัครผ่านสถานทูต จำนวน 5 ทุน
2. Universities Track ประเภทสมัครกับมหาวิทยาลัยที่ต้องการโดยตรง จำนวน 10 ทุน (แบ่งเป็นทุนปกติ 7 ทุน และทุนสายวิทยาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยภูมิภาคอีก 3 ทุน)
*เลือกสมัครได้แบบใดแบบหนึ่งเท่านั้น จะสมัครทั้ง 2 track ไม่ได้นะ

มหาวิทยาลัยที่เลือกเรียนได้

ผู้สมัครผ่านสถานทูตและผู้สมัครแบบ universities track ที่อยากใช้โควตา 7 ทุนแรก จะเลือกเรียนที่ใดก็ได้จาก 64 สถาบัน แต่ผู้ที่ต้องการสมัครแบบ universities track โดยใช้โควตา 3 ทุนหลัง จะเลือกสมัครได้แค่ 36 มหาวิทยาลัยในกลุ่ม Regional และจะต้องเลือกเรียนในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์เท่านั้น

บางมหาวิทยาลัยมีบางคณะให้สมัครผ่านสถานทูต บางคณะให้สมัครแบบปกติของ Universities Track และบางคณะให้สมัครแบบ Regional ของ Universities Track ฉะนั้นต้องอ่านระเบียบการของมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ ให้ดีนะว่าคณะไหนสมัครแบบไหนได้บ้าง ถ้าสมัครผิดจะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา

การสมัคร

Embassy Track ประเภทสมัครผ่านสถานทูต
– สมัครด้วยตัวเองหรือส่งไปรษณีย์มาที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐเกาหลีประจำประเทศไทยก็ได้
– ผู้สมัครต้องเลือกมหาวิทยาลัยที่ต้องการสมัครมา 3 อันดับ
– สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี จะไม่มีการคืนใบสมัครหรือเอกสารใดๆ ทั้งเอกสารตัวจริงและเอกสารสำเนาที่ใช้ประกอบการสมัครทุนรัฐบาลเกาหลี
– การสมัครผ่านสถานทูต ผู้สมัครต้องส่งสำเนาเอกสารการสมัครทั้งหมดเพิ่มอีก 3 ชุดด้วย

Universities Track ประเภทสมัครกับมหาวิทยาลัยที่ต้องการโดยตรง
– สมัครโดยส่งเอกสารไปยังมหาวิทยาลัยที่ต้องการเข้าเรียน โดยเลือกสมัครได้เพียง 1 สถาบัน เท่านั้น
– กำหนดการสมัครของแต่ละมหาวิทยาลัยแตกต่างกันไป ให้ติดตามจากเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ
– เอกสารทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการสมัครจะไม่มีการคืน
– การสมัครกับมหาวิทยาลัยโดยตรง ใช้เอกสารการสมัครเพียงชุดเดียว

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

– ผู้สมัครและบิดามารดาต้องมีสัญชาติไทย
– สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง สุขภาพจิตดี
– อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี (นับถึง 1 กันยายน 2018)
– จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีแล้ว หรือคาดว่าจะจบภายใน 31 สิงหาคม 2018 สำหรับผู้สมัครรับทุนระดับปริญญาเอก จะต้องจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทแล้ว หรือคาดว่าจะจบภายใน 31 สิงหาคม 2018
– ผู้สมัครต้องไม่เคยเรียนหลักสูตรปริญญาในเกาหลีใต้มาก่อน ยกเว้นเป็นผู้ที่เคยได้รับทุนนี้มาก่อนเท่านั้น
– เกรดเฉลี่ยรวมขั้นต่ำ 2.64 ขึ้นไป
– ผู้ที่มีผลแนนภาษาอังกฤษหรือผลแนนภาษาเกาหลียื่นมาสมัคร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
– บุตรหลานทหารผ่านศึกที่ร่วมรบในสงครามเกาหลีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

6. เอกสารประเมินสุขภาพเบื้องต้น (มีแบบฟอร์มให้ในชุดใบสมัคร)
7. ปริญญาบัตร หรือหนังสือรับรองสถานภาพนักศึกษาสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังจะจบ
8. ทรานสคริปต์
9. เอกสารแสดงผลทดสอบทางภาษา เช่น TOPIK , TOEFL , TOEIC, IELTS (ถ้ามี)
10. ผลงานที่เคยตีพิมพ์หรือรางวัลต่างๆ (ถ้ามี)

– ค่าเล่าเรียนเต็มจำนวนตลอดหลักสูตร
– ค่าทำวิทยานิพนธ์
– ประกันสุขภาพ 20,000 วอนต่อเดือน
– รางวัลพิเศษสำหรับผู้ได้ TOPIK ระดับ 5 และ 6 100,000 วอนต่อเดือน

ระยะเวลารับสมัคร

Embassy Track สมัครได้ถึงวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2018 นับวันที่เอกสารต้องมาถึงสถานทูตนะ (ประกาศผลรอบเอกสาร 22 มีนาคม 2018)

Universities Track แต่ละมหาวิทยาลัยจะมีวันปิดรับสมัครต่างกันไป ส่วนมากจะปิดช่วงกลางเดือนมีนาคมกัน สามารถดูวันปิดรับของแต่ละมหาวิทยาลัยได้ที่ลิงก์ด้านล่าง

ด้วยสำนักงาน ก.พ. ได้รับแจ้งจากสำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ ว่า ทุนรัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ไปศึกษาวิชา ณ Sungkyunkwan University ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 ครั้งที่ 2 สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ได้ถวายทุนการศึกษาแด่สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เพื่อพระราชทานแก่นักเรียนไทยที่มีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดของมหาวิทยาลัย ไปศึกษาในระดับปริญญาเอก ในสาขาวิชานาโนเทคโนโลยี (Nanotechnology) ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นใน 3 สาขาวิชา ได้แก่ Supercapacitor, Graphene และ Three-dimensional Printing technology จำนวน 5 ทุน โดยเปิดรับสมัครได้ตั้งแต่บัดนี้ จนถึงวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2558

ทุนรัฐบาลเกาหลีใต้

รัฐบาลประเทศเกาหลีใต้ มอบทุนให้นักศึกษาต่างชาติ ประจำปี 2556 (2013 Korean Government Scholarship Program) รวมทั้งประเทศไทย ในระดับปริญญาตรี เปิดรับตั้งแต่วันนี้จนถึง 15 ตุลาคม 2555

ข้อมูลทุนรัฐบาลเกาหลีใต้

1.  The objective of the Korean Government Scholarship Program for an undergraduate degree is to provide international students with an opportunity to conduct advanced studies at higher educational institutions in Korea in order to promote international exchanges in education and mutual friendship between the countries.

2.  Total Number of Scholarships Available: 110 [from 60 countries] 

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  Only those who hold a citizenship of the countries below are eligible for the program.

3. Academic Programs: Undergraduate degree course (4 yrs.) after preliminary Korean Language course (1yr.)

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  Grantees should take a preliminary Korean language course at the institutiondesignated by NIIED. The institution will be specified in a letter of invitation after the announcement of final successful candidates.
โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  Grantees should reach level 3 in TOPIK after the completion of a one-year preliminary Korean language course; otherwise, grantees are not allowed to take a bachelor’s degree course; instead s/he may take an additional 6 month Korean language course WITHIN the scholarship period stipulated in a letter of invitation.โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  The grantees with level 5 or higher in TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) shall begin to take a bachelor’s degree course from 2013 spring semester without the preliminary Korean language course
4. Fields of Study: 4-year undergraduate degree programs provided by the universities below

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  NOT Applicable: Fields of study which exceed 4 years(e.g. Medicine, dentistry, architecture)

5. Qualifications: Prospective applicant must meet the following qualification criteria;

(1) Must be a citizen of the country to which scholarships are offered, which is also applied to his/her parents

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  Both applicant and his/her parents must not be a holder of Korean citizenship

(2) Should be under 25 years of age as of March1, 2013 (Should be born after March, 1, 1988)


(3) Have adequate health, both physically and mentally

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  The handicapped who satisfy the above (3) are also eligible for the program

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  NOT Eligible: those who are pregnant or who have a severe illness
(4) Have graduated or be scheduled to graduate from a high school as of March1, 2013

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  NOT Eligible: those who have already obtained a bachelor’s degree or a higher degree


(5) Must possess above 80% (out of 100%) cumulative grade point average (C.G.P.A.), or must be within 20% (out of 100%) in the rank during their entire high school period

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  C.G.P.A. should be 2.64/4.0, 2.80/4.3, 2.91/4.5, 3.23/5.0 or higher [see Appendix 3]

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  If applicant’s high school evaluation criteria differs from the stated above, see 7-(2)-⑨
(6) Must not at any time have ever received a Korean government scholarship for an undergraduate course

 

(7) Must not have enrolled in an undergraduate course in Korea before

โมจิดุ๊กดิ๊ก  NOT Eligible: those who have ever enrolled at a Korean university as a regular or an exchange student


(8) Must have no limitations in travelling abroad


(9) There may be preferential selection for applicants who have proficiency in Korean or English

6. Scholarship Benefits

(1) Scholarship Period: March 1, 2013 ~ February 28, 2018

(2) Scholarship Benefits

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Airplane ticket or airfare: The grantees will receive an airplane ticket or be paid an economy class airfare of the shortest route between their country and Korea when they come to Korea, and, thereafter, when they leave Korea after completion of their study.

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Monthly Stipend: 850,000 won per month

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Tuitions: The tuition fee up to 5 million won is exempted by the Korean Government, and if any, the tuition fee exceeding 5 million won and the entrance fee for the first semester by the host university.

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Settlement Allowance: 200,000 won upon arrival

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Repatriation Allowance: 100,000 won upon completion of studies

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Korean Language Training Expenses: The full costs up to 1 year (NIIED pays directly to the language training institution)

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก Medical Insurance: The grantees will be provided with health insurance for major accidents and illnesses during their scholarship period.

ดินสอดุ๊กดิ๊ก The grantee who has level 5 or higher in TOPIK will receive 100,000 won per month after being enrolled at a university for his/her higher degree.
