มูลนิธิทาง สู่ฝัน ปันคนเก่ง เปิดให้ทุนการศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นทุนให้เปล่าแก่นักศึกษาปี 1 ของปีการศึกษา 2562 ที่ศึกษาใน 8 คณะดังต่อไปนี้
1. แพทยศาสตร์ 2. วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ 3. นิติศาสตร์ 4. วิทยาศาสตร์ และคอมพิวเตอร์ 5. รัฐศาสตร์ 6. เกษตร 7. ครุศาสตร์ (ครู) 8. เศรษฐศาสตร์

และต้องอยู่ใน 4 มหาวิทยาลัยที่มูลนิธิฯ กำหนดดังนี้
1. จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
2. มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตรังสิต
3. มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน
4. มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล วิทยาเขตศาลายา

มูลนิธิฯ จะประกาศรายชื่อผู้ผ่านรอบแรกภายในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2562 เพื่อเข้าสอบสัมภาษณ์ต่อไป

มูลนิธิฯ จะให้ค่าหน่วยกิต ค่าครองชีพ และที่พักสำหรับผู้ที่ได้รับทุนจนจบปริญญาตรี เพียงผู้ได้รับทุนสามารถรักษาเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมได้ 2.75 ทุกปีการศึกษา

นายสมบัติ พานิชชีวะ ประธานมูลนิธิทางสู่ฝัน ปั้นคนเก่ง ซึ่งเป็นมูลนิธิที่ก่อตั้งโดย บริษัท ทางยกระดับดอนเมือง จำกัด (มหาชน) และครอบครัวพานิชชีวะ เปิดเผยว่า มูลนิธิทางสู่ฝัน ปั้นคนเก่ง ได้ประกาศรับสมัครนักศึกษา ที่กำลังจะเข้าศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2561 ใน 4 มหาวิทยาลัยรัฐบาล คือ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (ศูนย์รังสิต), มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์( วิทยาเขตบางเขน ),มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล(ศาลายา) ในสาขาวิชาที่มูลนิธิฯ กำหนด จำนวน 8 สาขา เพื่อสมัครเข้ารับทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ตั้งแต่ปี 1- จนจบการศึกษาตามหลักสูตร โดยครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่าย ทั้งค่าเล่าเรียน ค่าอาหาร ค่าที่พัก และ ผู้รับทุนเมื่อจบการศึกษาแล้วไม่ต้องใช้คืนทุนให้กับมูลนิธิฯ
