รัฐบาลไต้หวันกำลังเปิดรับสมัครผู้สนใจขอรับทุนการศึกษา “MOE Taiwan Scholarship Program” สำหรับนักเรียนต่างชาติ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างประเทศ ในระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท ปริญญาเอก และทุนเรียนภาษาจีนระยะสั้น (HES) โดยเปิดรับสมัคร ดังนี้

1. 2021 Taiwan Scholarship Direction for Thai Students

จำนวนทุน : 18 ทุน
– เงินสนับสนุนค่าเทอม 40,000 NTD./เทอม
– เงินสนับสนุนรายเดือน
ปริญญาตรี : 15,000 NTD./เดือน
ปริญญาโท/ ปริญญาเอก : 20,000 NTD./เดือน (หากสมัครเรียนนอกเหนือจากรายชื่อมหาวิทยาลัยที่ประกาศไว้ ผู้ได้รับทุนต้องออกค่าใช้จ่ายเอง)

2. ทุนเรียนภาษาจีนระยะสั้น Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES) for Thai Students

จำนวนทุน : 132 เดือน
ระยะเวลา : 3,6,9 และ 12  เดือน
ช่วงเวลาการให้ทุน : สนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายเดือนละ 25,000 NTD/เดือน

ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับการศึกษา ICDF ไต้หวัน
  • วันที่เปิดรับสมัคร: 1 มกราคม 2562 – 15 มีนาคม 2562
  • จำนวนนักศึกษาที่ได้รับทุน: ประมาณ 5 ราย
  • ทุนครอบคลุม: ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป–กลับไต้หวันชั้นประหยัด ค่าที่พัก ค่าเล่าเรียน ค่าประกัน ค่าหนังสือ และค่าใช้จ่ายทุกเดือน ราว 15,000 – 17,000 ดอลลาร์ไต้หวันต่อเดือน
  • ระยะเวลารับทุน: 2 ปีสำหรับปริญญาโท และ 4 ปี สำหรับปริญญาเอกในปี 2562 นี้มีโปรแกรมที่ทุน ICDF ครอบคลุม 25 หลักสูตรการเรียนสำหรับนักศึกษาไทยที่ต้องการร่วมสมัคร หากสนใจ สามารถเข้าลิ้งค์ด้านล่างและดาวน์โหลดไฟล์แนบสำหรับประกอบการพิจารณา

Human resources development programs play a vital role in assisting partner countries achieve sustainable development, and education is a crucial mechanism for training workforces in developing countries. The TaiwanICDF provides scholarships for higher education and has developed undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. programs in cooperation with renowned partner universities in Taiwan.

Scholarship Benefits
Entitlements: The TaiwanICDF provides each scholarship recipient with a full scholarship, including return airfare, housing, tuition and credit fees, insurance, textbook costs and a monthly allowance.

The TaiwanICDF has established the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA) with 21 partner universities, setting up an operational platform under this TICA framework to manage and improve the scholarship program.
