ด้วยมหาวิทยาลัย Nanzan เมืองนาโกยา ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ได้ติดต่อให้สมาคมนักเรียนเก่าญี่ปุ่น ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (ส.น.ญ.) เป็นผู้คัดเลือกนิสิตนักศึกษา/นักเรียน เพื่อรับทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานโยบายศึกษา (Policy Studies) เข้าศึกษาในปี 2563 จำนวน 2 ทุน  ส.น.ญ. จึงเชิญชวนผู้สนใจสมัครเข้ารับทุนดังกล่าว ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้

1. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.1 สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี
1.2 สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือผู้ที่กำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษาในเดือนมีนาคม 2563 (ของปีการศึกษา 2562) ด้วยคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3 ปี (ม.4 – ม.6) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 80 % ของแต่ละปี (หรือเกรดเฉลี่ยมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 3.5) และมีคุณสมบัติที่จะศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรีได้
1.3 มีความพร้อมและสมบูรณ์ทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ และมั่นใจว่าจะสามารถศึกษา ณ ประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้
1.4 สอบผ่านวัดระดับความรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับ N5

2. หลักฐานการสมัคร

2.1 รูปถ่ายหน้าตรง ถ่ายมาแล้วไม่เกิน 6 เดือน ขนาด 4×3 เซนติเมตร จำนวน 4 รูป
2.2 บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และทะเบียนบ้าน (สำเนา)
2.3 เอกสารแสดงผลการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ภาษาอังกฤษ)
2.4 เอกสารแสดงผลสอบวัดระดับความรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น
2.5 เอกสารรับรองสถานภาพนักเรียนจากสถานศึกษา และใบรับรองที่คาดว่าจะจบการศึกษาในปี 2562 (ภาษาอังกฤษ)
2.6 ใบสมัครที่กรอกสมบูรณ์แล้ว (ขอรับสำเนาใบสมัครได้ที่สำนักงาน ส.น.ญ. ชั้น 16 อาคารพหลโยธินเพลส)
2.7 ใบรับรองแพทย์ (แบบฟอร์มจะอยู่คู่กับสำเนาใบสมัคร)

3. เงื่อนไขการรับทุน

3.1 ทุนส่วนลดค่าเล่าเรียน และพร้อมค่าครองชีพ 40,000 เยนต่อเดือน
● ได้รับส่วนลดค่าแรกเข้า 300,000 เยน
● ส่วนลดค่าเล่าเรียนจากจำนวนเต็ม (ประมาณ 409,000 เยน)
● ยกเว้นค่าใบสมัคร 14,000 เยน
● และได้รับค่าครองชีพต่อเดือน 40,000 เยน (หรือ 480,000 เยนต่อปี)
3.2 ต้องพักในสถานที่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยจัดหาให้เท่านั้น
3.3 ค่าหอและค่าเทอมต้องจ่ายตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยได้กำหนด

4.เงื่อนไขการรับทุน

4.1 ปิดรับสมัครวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2562
4.2 สอบสัมภาษณ์วันที่ 19 ตุลาคม 2562

หลังปิดรับสมัคร และคณะกรรมการได้ตรวจหลักฐานการสมัครเรียบร้อยจะมีการเชิญนักเรียนและผู้ปกครองเข้าฟังรายละเอียดของทุนมีการนัดสอบสัมภาษณ์และอื่นๆ
