“สถาบันวิทยสิริเมธี” (Vidyasirimedhi Institute; VISTEC) สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ทรงพระราชทานนามชื่อโรงเรียนซึ่งมีความหมายว่า “สถาบันแห่งผู้รู้อันยอดเยี่ยมด้านวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์” และพระราชทานพระราชานุญาต ให้อัญเชิญอักษรพระนามาภิไธย “ส.ธ.” ประดับที่ป้ายชื่อสถาบัน ให้เป็นเกียรติยศอันสูงยิ่งต่อสถาบันฯสืบไป ทั้งนี้ สถาบันฯ เปิดสอนในระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก โดยดำเนินการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมด มีเป้าหมายผลิตบุคลากรด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี “ในระดับโลก” เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาประเทศและสร้างความเจริญ และนับเป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่ กลุ่ม ปตท. ดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความก้าวหน้า มีโรงงานหลากหลายรูปแบบ ทำให้สถาบันวิจัยจึงเป็นเสมือนสถานที่ฝึกงาน ให้กับนักศึกษาของสถาบันฯ ได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงซึ่งต่างจากสถาบันการศึกษาอื่นๆ

VISTEC เปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโท และปริญญาเอก หลักสูตรภาคภาษาอังกฤษ ในปีการศึกษา 2561-2562 พร้อมรับทุนการศึกษา  ตั้งแต่บัดนี้ จนถึงวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2561

Education and Research Supports

All accepted students will receive education and research supports as outlined below.

1. Full scholarship with no obligation after graduation covering**:
• University fees (300,000 THB per year)
• Monthly stipend (15,000 or 20,000 THB per month depending on the selected program)
2. General research funding includes**:
• Research operation (150,000 THB per year)
• Travel expenses for presenting at conferences (up to 50,000 to 150,000 THB throughout the length of the study, depending on the selected program)
• Supporting resources such as personal computer, books, and stationery (30,000 THB)
• All expenses for conducting research abroad (up to 1,000,000 THB for PhD programs only)
3. Srimedhi Scholarship receiver will be granted by Her Royal Highness Princess Maka Sirindhorn to receive THB 2,000,000 for conducting research abroad.

มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม เปิดรอบโควตาพิเศษระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นของขวัญให้กับ #Dek61 โดยมอบทุนการศึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาใหม่ ที่อยากสมัครเรียนร่วมเป็นครอบครัวเดียวกับ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ในปีการศึกษา 2561 ที่กำลังจะมาถึงนี้ น้องๆ สามารถสมัครเรียนได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้ถึงวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2560  และรับทุนการศึกษาสูงสุด 20,000 บาท สำหรับโครตารอบพิเศษระดับปริญญาตรี ปีการศึกษา 2561 ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ลงทะเบียนปกติ หรือจะเป็นผู้กู้ กยศ. และ กรอ. ก็มีสิทธิรับทุนการศึกษา 20,000 บาท รอบโควตาพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมได้ ซึ่งเงื่อนไขของการรับทุนการศึกษารอบโควตาพิเศษนี้ จะเป็นไปตามที่ มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
